We are a fairly small team here at YourEcoWorld which makes our service much more personable - if you call and can't get hold of us, please do leave a message we return calls upto 7pm on a night.

- Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. On placing the order, you will receive an email from YourEcoWorld to confirm the order and then a further email to let you know when it has been despatched.
- All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class or Parcel Post dependent on the size of the order. At times we may choose to use a courier service if this will be more beneficial.
- UK Postage Charges
- Order Value: £0.01 - £24.99 | Standard Delivery Charge = £2.95
- Order Value: £25.00 + | Delivery Charge = FREE
- Customer's outside of the UK are allowed to order via this site, with all International orders being sent via Royal Mail International Signed For, unless a courier service is more beneficial
- International Postage Charge
- All International Parcels carry Standard Delivery Charge of £8.95
- In the event that your parcel hasn't arrived, then please do contact us and we will work with Royal Mail to recover your order.
- Returns & Replacements
- All products purchased directly through this site carry a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
- Any un-opened product should be returned to ourselves here at YourEcoWorld and we will then issue you with a full refund - no further questions asked.
- If you are unsatisfied with any product that you purchase here at YourEcoWorld, we will do our best to sort it out for you - please do get in touch and we will see how we can help.
- Please note that any product which has been used will be excluded from the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee unless the product is deemed as faulty.
- Products purchased through our sister sites e.g. Forever Living Products at YourAloeStore have their own Refund policy and are therefore excluded from the above.
- Ordering
- Ordering via our site could not be simpler.
- All you need to do is search for the product you wish to purchase and select 'Add to Cart' - once you've added all the items to your shopping cart you can then 'Checkout'.
- You will be guided through the checkout process by completing a series of steps.
- Whilst we have the option for you to register an account with us here at YourEcoWorld this is not compulsory to shopping with us. Please bear in mind that by not holding an account, you do not qualify for our EcoPoints scheme.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We offer a range of payment options, you can pay by:
- All major debit and credit cards
- Use your Paypal Account to make a payment
- Transfer funds from your Bank Account to ours using the Faster / Bill Payment system
- Cheque
- EcoPoints - if you've accumulated enough points to pay for your order then you can use your EcoPoints
- Gift Voucher - if you have received a Gift Voucher from YourEcoWorld you can use this to pay for your Order
- Telephone - if you prefer to order over the phone then please do give us a call.
- We do our best to ensure that all prices are listed correctly on the site, however should a mistake be made, we have the option to change the price. In this instance we will inform you of the error that has been made and give you the option to continue with your purchase.

- Viewing Orders
- If you registered for an account with us, you will always be able to view the details of your order from your account dashboard.
- Updating Account Information
- You are repsonsible for ensuring the information contained within your account is accurate and upto date. Should your details change then please log into your account and update the details concerned.
