These Terms and Conditions (and YourEcoWorld's Privacy Policy ) form a contract between YourEcoWorld and you, in relation to how reward points are earned and spent at YourEcoWorld. 

YourEcoPoints Reward programme is open to any person who registers for an account online at www.YourEcoWorld.com, and by registering for an account you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Earning EcoPoints

You will earn EcoPoints on any purchase made via our website: www.YourEcoWorld.com

EcoPoints will only be added at the time of purchase and cannot be added at a later date.

EcoPoints are awarded on every purchase over £1.00, and calculated at the rate of 1 point for every £1.00 spent (rounded up to the nearest whole number)

EcoPoints are awarded automatically and you can access the details of your EcoPoints in your Account Dashboard by logging in to your account.

YourEcoWorld reserves the right to vary the rate at which reward points are earned (including offering bonus points from time to time) on providing you with reasonable notice.

Redeeming EcoPoints

You can redeem EcoPoints against any purchases made via www.YourEcoWorld.com at a value of £2.50 per 100 points.

In order to redeem your points, you need to ensure that you are logged in to your account before making a purchase and ensure that you ask for the points to be applied when going through the checkout process. EcoPoints that have not been redeemed during the transaction can not be applied after the purchase has been finalised.

EcoPoints can be used  as part payment towards an order.

EcoPoints have no cash redemption value. Reward points are for the AccountHolder's personal use and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred to another Account Holder.

If a transaction on which points are earned or redeemed is cancelled or reversed or a product is returned (in accordance with YourEcoWorld's Returns Policy ) YourEcoWorld will reverse the associated points earned or redeemed.

General Information

YourEcoPoints Reward  programme is operated and promoted by YourEcoWorld (a trading name of Bridging the Gap 2 Ltd, 18 Rose Farm Rise, Altofts, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF6 2PL) 

 YourEcoWorld's Privacy Policy contains details of how YourEcoWorld collects and uses information from Account Holders and who that information may be shared with.

It is the responsibility of the Account Holder to notify YourEcoWorld of any change to or error in their contact details. Details can be updated either online via your Account Dashboard, or by contacting YourEcoworld.

YourEcoWorld reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or suspend or terminate the EcoPoints Reward programme at any time. YourEcoWorld will notify Account Holders of any changes to these Terms and Conditions by posting notices online at www.yourecoworld.com/ecopoints

YourEcoWorld will give Card Holders as much notice of any changes, suspension or termination as it reasonably can. Earning or redeeming points will constitute acceptance of any amended Terms and Conditions.

If YourEcoWorld reasonably believes that an Account Holder is in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Account Holder has abused the EcoPoints Reward programme, YourEcoWorld reserves the right to take any appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the Account Holders account.

If the EcoPoints Reward programme or an individual account is terminated (for whatever reason) the Account Holder's rights to earn or redeem points are lost.

Customers outside of the UK will earn and receive their points in the applicable currency. Any reference made in these Terms and Conditions to pounds (£)/pence (p) should be substituted for the word or symbols Euro (€)/cent(c).

Household members have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, or otherwise, to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
